Minor Change in Ordering Process - Pay BEFORE Order

How does it work?
Alluring Glamor will collate orders and send them to our supplier 2 times per month (every fortnightly). The supplier will take 7 - 14 working days to deliver the products to Singapore, after which we will contact you again regarding collection methods.

Ordering Procedures
Via Interbank Transfer
1) Please fill up the ordering form after deciding on your order.
2) Proceed to make payment and provide payment & delivery details in the order form.
3) Once the order form and payment are received, a confirmation email will be sent to you
4) After the close of each spree, we will order all confirmed products from the supplier and get them shipped out from UK within 3 working days after the end of the spree period.
5) Upon arrival*, we will contact you again informing the delivery of the products.

Alluring Glamor is founded by a group of poor students. Like every student, we hope to save our pockets from "big holes"! Hence, we have been seeking overseas for cheaper but smiliar quality facial products to ensure our skin glows and shine! :) Since we are really able to save substantially, we thought : "Why not share the joy?".

If the feedback is good, we will bring in more brands and products! Do feel free to drop us an email regarding which brands/products you would like us to bring to you! :)

How does it work?

Product Availability
We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. Shipping and Delivery
All products ordered from Alluring Glamor will be directed shipped from its UK supplier, using various courier companies. Alluring Glamor is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipping time-frames are once the ordering period is closed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 3 to 5 business days after the closing of each ordering period.

For local delivery (i.e. between Alluring Glamor and you), Alluring Glamor will also not be responsible for any loss (for non-registered mail) during delivery.

Payment
Payment of all items purchased shall be made through internet banking or ATM transfer.

Return Policy
All items purchased cannot be returned to Alluring Glamor for refund of any kind. Alluring Glamor will ensure that all products posted out to our customers are of acceptable quality.
